Using this site, submitting a quote request or opening an account confirms acceptance of the terms set out on this page. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.

What This Site Provides

RuthDrive publishes auto insurance guidance and accepts requests for quotes and policy reviews. The material here explains how coverage works in ordinary language so that a decision can be made with the relevant facts in view.

No Policy Is Issued Here

Nothing on this site is an insurance policy, an offer of insurance or a binding promise that coverage will be issued. Coverage exists only once a licensed carrier accepts an application and issues documents confirming it.

Any figure, limit or example shown here is illustrative and does not set the terms of a policy.

Eligibility

Use of this site is limited to residents of the United States who are eighteen years of age or older and legally able to enter into an agreement of this kind.

Accounts And Access

Account details must be kept confidential. Activity carried out through an account is treated as authorised by the person who holds it, and any suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly using the contact details on this site.

Accuracy Of Information

Guidance is only as good as the information it is based on. Details supplied through a form or a message are relied upon as accurate, and an inaccurate detail can lead to guidance that does not fit the situation or to a carrier declining a claim later.

Electronic Communications

Submitting a form is a request for a reply by electronic means. Message consent choices made at sign up govern which types of message are sent, and those choices can be changed at any time.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program name: RuthDrive Auto Policy Text Messaging Program, operated by RuthDrive, 5210 Avenue F, Austin, TX 78751.

Program description: RuthDrive sends two kinds of text messages, each with its own separate opt-in on the account signup form. Service messages include quote updates, results of a review of your current auto policy, renewal reminders and replies to questions you send. Marketing messages invite you to RuthDrive policy check-ups and renewal review sessions. Consent to either message type is optional and is not a condition of opening an account, requesting a quote or purchasing anything.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Service messages are sent in response to your quote, policy review or account activity. Marketing messages are sent up to 4 times per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your messaging plan.

Opting out: Reply STOP to any RuthDrive text message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How your information is collected and used is described in the Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers: Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and their affiliated networks. Availability may vary by carrier.
